Fred Olsen Balmoral

Originally launched in 1988 as the Crown Odyssey, the Balmoral is the newest and largest ship in the Fred Olsen fleet. Named after the Scottish Royal Estate, she was completely refurbished on acquisition, as well as having a ninety nine foot section added to the centre of the ship. This provided 186 more passenger cabins including 60 with balcony. A number of attractive public rooms were also created, including a large library, a ccard room and an internet café.

The Balmoral offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere coupled with a first class dining experience. The company has paid close attention to its loyal customer’s requirements whilst at the same time kept abreast of the expectations of a newer clientele.
